Powering Maine’s Commercial Spaces—The Right Way
Commercial electrical for renovations, tenant fit-outs, and new construction across Southern Maine.
Locally Owned. Licensed. Built on Doing It Right.
JH SMART is a commercial electrical contractor owned and operated by two lifelong Mainers, Jack Hladky and Nate Smart. We believe in doing business the way it should be done: honest communication, clear pricing, and work we’re proud to put our name on.
For General Contractors
Complete, on-time bids. Clear scopes with inclusions, exclusions, and assumptions spelled out. No surprises later.
Fast answers. Quick RFI responses and a direct line to the owners, not a call center.
Clean coordination. We show up when we say we will, work well with the other trades, and leave the site clean.
Closeout without chasing. As-builts, O&Ms, and warranty documents delivered on time.
Budget help early. Need preliminary pricing or value engineering ideas? Bring us in during preconstruction.
